"Passing the Gavel" In July we installed our new Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club President, Shawn Dollar as Dick Bullwinkle passes the gavel. Dick Bullwinkle will be our Immediate Past-President as John Dean our previous president relocated outside our community. We begin our new Rotary Year July 2017- July 2018.
