Our guest speaker this week will be Linda Davis. Linda heads up Toys for Tots in our area and will be speaking of the impacts of this organization. Anyone who wishes to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys for Tots is encouraged to.

Also, this week would have been Karen Mattson's 50th Birthday. Abigail suggested in honor of her that we collect items for Lovepacs, who are preparing to make care packages for the holidays. If you are able, please sign up and bring items to the December 3 meeting.

Nov. 19: Rowland Funk, Shepherd's Storehouse

At November 19th's meeting, Rotarian Rowland Funk gave a presentation on the impact of local food bank Shepherd's Storehouse on our community.

The Club also elected to make a $1,000 donation to the Shepherd's Storehouse! Lake Ray Roberts Rotarians with members of Pilot Point Neighborhood Events at the November Gab N Grub. We enjoyed sponsoring this event and getting to spread Rotary information to others in town!

President-Elect Penni Moening dropped off 25 cards at Sam Pack Five Star Ford in Lewisville, signed by the Lake Ray Roberts Rotary Club at our November 19th meeting. This was for the 10,000 for the Troops event being run by New Country 96.3. Thank you for your service and happy holidays to our soldiers!
